About the role

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for small to medium business entities across a variety of industries
• Delivery of tax and compliance and business advisory services to our client base
• Preparation of BAS, IAS, PAYG, and FBT
• Participate in managing workflow
• Look for opportunities to introduce the firm’s diverse range of services

Experience

• At least 3-5 years solid hands on public accounting practice experience at a senior level is essential
• Cloud accounting experience (e.g. Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks Online, etc) is essential
• Degree qualified and CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion is highly desirable
• Experience with XPM is highly desirable
• Highly competent in preparing Business Activity Statements, Financial statements, and ad hoc reports
